The resource should tell you whether to submit it online, through an approved family portal, to your child’s school, or through another designated method.
Check What Is Required
Review the form before submitting it so you know whether additional information, signatures, or documentation is required.
Protect Sensitive Information
Only provide personal, student, medical, financial, or other sensitive information through the submission method KIPP Nashville identifies for that form.
Do not send sensitive information to a general email address or contact form unless KIPP Nashville specifically instructs you to do so.
Look for Confirmation
For online forms, follow the confirmation instructions provided after submission. If you don’t receive the expected confirmation or aren’t sure whether your form was received, use the support route listed with that form.

Look for the handbook labeled for your child’s campus and the current school year. The listing should also display its updated date and Current status.
If more than one version appears and you aren’t sure which applies, contact your child’s school before relying on the information.
Are forms available in Spanish?
Spanish-language resources should be identified in the library and can be found using the Language filter when available.
If you can’t find the form you need in Spanish, contact your school for assistance.
