When someone completes a form, the data is stored in the website database, and distributed to KIPP by email. It is stored as long as it is needed. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. In the case of donations, you will be directed to our third-party donation processing partner to input your credit card information. You may, however, visit our site freely without providing any of this information. When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain details about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, the websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site. We call this “device information.” Device information is anonymous and cannot be directly linked to individual users.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted to protect your information. Donations are collected through a third-party site, Bloomerang. Bloomerang’s privacy settings are listed here.
