About KIPP Nashville Collegiate High

KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School is a free, open-enrollment public charter school educating students of North and East Nashville with a rigorous, college-preparatory program. It was founded in 2014 in response to the growing demand for a high-quality high school that would equip graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills to be truly college-ready by graduation. Learn more about how we prepare our students for college, career and beyond through our unique KIPP Forward program.

KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School was recognized as a 2017-2018 Tennessee Reward School for student growth and achievement among the top public schools in Tennessee. Our founding class of 2018 averaged a 22.1 on the ACT – the highest of any KIPP high school in the country and almost four points higher than the Davidson County average. Our high school alumni are expected to graduate college at nearly twice the rate of their peers.
