Our Approach

KNCP offers students a holistic educational experience that is focused on individualized learning, rigorous academics and opportunities to develop their authentic selves. At KNCP, all students participate in our music program, which includes the option to join our performance band. Extracurricular opportunities include student council, basketball, cross country, track, cheerleading, step team and a variety of clubs. At KNCP, we believe that every child has the opportunity to be a leader, and we support our students in discovering their inner leader through intentional character building, including a course on leadership.

Community-Centered
We work together in a supportive environment to help each other grow and achieve. We recognize that we are stronger as a team than we ever will be on our own.
Results Driven
We set and strive to meet ambitious goals both academically and behaviorally. We expect to go above and beyond in all we do, and we do this because it will hold us to the standards we need to succeed.
Champion Spirit
We display grit and optimism when finding solutions to our problems. We never give up.
Servant Leadership
We act as positive role models in our school and community and influence others to do the same. We lead by example in service to others and keep the promises we make.

Our Team

At KNCP, we believe that every child has the opportunity to be a leader. Our team promotes a college-bound culture through intentional character building, including a course on leadership, strong academics, and a growing music program.
