CURRENT FAMILIES

Help your KIPPster earn higher grades, graduate from high school, and succeed in college by staying involved.

KIPP Nashville makes a Kindergarten through college graduation commitment. The journey to and through college can be challenging. By working with KIPP Through College (KTC), you and your KIPPster will be supported in this journey, because with KTC,

We are CURIOUS

“They talk to us like adults and respect us… You can tell when someone is just doing their job and when they actually care.”

We seek GROWTH

“My KTC Counselor showed me that he can give me the resources, but it’s up to me to take advantage of them in order to grow.”

We are RESILIENT

“My KTC counselor didn’t let me settle for my score of 14 on the ACT. Because of him, I went from a 14 to a 24!”

We are PASSIONATE DOERS

“One day we were supposed to leave homework help at 5, but my KTC counselor stayed until 7 at night to make sure that I understood what I was working on.”

We are OPENING DOORS

“I didn’t think I was capable and thought I was going to fail out of college, but my KTC Counselor showed me how to write a research paper and now I feel confident about finishing college.”

What Our Families Are Saying

“I love KIPP! It feels like family, not just a place where you drop off your kids for school. The teachers care about my son’s education, wellbeing and feelings. They are pushing Vallen to be the best Vallen, to be the best that makes sense for him, not what makes sense for everyone else. I also love how KIPP talks about college and how they are preparing our children for college, because the foundation starts early. I’m so glad we found this school. It truly is a Team and Family.

–Q’Shawna Jones, KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary School parent, with her son Vallen, a 1st grader
