“At KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary, we are Team and Family. We believe KIPPsters begin their path to college in kindergarten and are grounded in the belief that kids deserve a nurturing, challenging, joyful environment in which to learn, grow, and achieve at the highest levels. Our KIPPsters are happiest and most successful when they know what is expected of them, receive support, and feel that they are part of a strong, collaborative community. As a team and family, we will build a better tomorrow for ourselves, our community, and our world.”

Our Approach

KACPE’s Team and Family are united by a common goal: being prepared for college, career and beyond and a choice-filled life for every KIPPster. At KACPE, we believe in excellence and work together to build a better tomorrow for ourselves, our community and our world. We want every student to have the academic and character skills needed to succeed in college and life beyond.

Four core values will provide the foundation for our students’ character development.

Courage
We challenge ourselves and take risks. We name our fears and ask for help in order to overcome our challenges. We do hard things and we are better because of it.
Team
Everyone has intrinsic value, and in bringing our authentic selves we each contribute to the achievement of our vision and mission.
Excellence
We give our best every day. We believe in rigorous instruction and high expectations for every classroom and every KIPPster.
Growth
We all get better every day. We are in constant pursuit of better.

Our Team

KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary is focused on giving every student the right start to their educational career. Our incredible team of educators help our students thrive and reach new heights on the road to and through college.
