KIPP Nashville College Prep

KIPP Nashville College Prep (KNCP) is a free, open-enrollment public charter school located in North Nashville. At KNCP, we offer a rigorous college preparatory program combined with character instruction that aligns with our core values:

KIPP Nashville College Prep, KIPP’s second middle school in Northeast Nashville, opened in 2013 and educates students in grades five through eight. At KNCP, we believe that every child has the opportunity to be a leader. We promote a college-bound culture through intentional character building, including a course on leadership, strong academics, and a growing music program. Extracurricular opportunities include student council, basketball, cross country, track, cheerleading, step team and a variety of clubs.

In the 2017-2018 school year, KNCP students achieved the highest year over year academic growth possible and ranked among the best public middle schools in the city. KNCP outperformed the district and state in Math and Science on TNReady and was recognized as a 2019 Reward School for posting student growth in the top 5% of all public schools in Tennessee.

KIPP Nashville College Prep is open to all students who are residents of Davidson County.
