At KIPP Nashville, we are intentionally investing in growing our leaders across a variety of talent pathways. The Principal in Residence program is a one or two-year residency for aspiring principals to gain invaluable hands on experience and professional development, while being embedded in our schools as members of the leadership team. This opportunity provides an on ramp for our leaders to either become a successor at one of our schools, or a founding principal. We’re proud to say that all three of our recent principal hires are alumni of the Principal in Residence program.
