KIPP students are not just taught. They are coached.

KIPP Forward – our career-focused advising and training program – layers academic pursuits with skills training, financial assistance, and job placement support. The focus is workplace readiness – whether in the immediate future or through the pathways of two- and four-year college experiences.

KIPP Collegiate High School has offered the program since our founding and will now be expanded to Global High School beginning in the 2026/27 school year.
