About KIPP Nashville

KIPP Nashville is part of a national network of 141 KIPP schools serving over 50,000 students who live in underserved communities throughout 20 states and the District of Columbia.  Together, with two new schools opening in 2013 and 2014, KIPP Academy Nashville makes up the KIPP Nashville region of schools.

The highly acclaimed and nationally recognized Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP) education model has proven for more than eighteen years that the time-honored values of hard work, no excuses, and a relentless focus on results – when combined with more time in school – are the right formula for overall student academic success.

KIPP Academy Nashville is going back home!

KIPP Nashville is creating a vibrant, college going culture in East and North Nashville. KIPP Academy Nashville is excited to move back into the newly renovated Highland Heights building at 123 Douglas Avenue in East Nashville. Our original middle school will be joined by our first class of ninth graders, as KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School will share the building. KIPP Nashville College Prep will remain at the Ewing Park location and add our first elementary school in the summer of 2015. For more information about each of our schools, click buttons below.
